Hi, I'm An McLeod.

With over 20 years of experience leading executive and leadership level searches, I understand the complexities and strategies that are involved in making critical hires. But it’s not just about the search and hiring process. An effective talent plan includes the transitional process, leadership onboarding and offboarding, as well as succession planning. I lead and coach organizations and leaders on all aspects of this process. Specifically, I provide support with Executive Searches, Talent Market Research, Succession Planning, Transition Coaching, and Executive Coaching.​
